STR (steps to reproduce):
- Enable Show > Vertical Arrangment
- Drag the panel separator into the upper panel (percentage less than 50%)
- Double-click on the panel separator -> TC resets the panel widths to 50%
- Drag the panel separator into the lower panel
- Double-click on the separator -> TC doesn't do anything.
- This applies to all TC versions and editions.
- If you look closely, TC moves the separator by some pixels when the lower panel is smaller, so it's likely that it doesn't get the second click.
- The issue doesn't always occur when the percentage is lower than 70% or something like that, so make sure to make the lower panel quite small.
