Some Right-to-Left interface issues

1- Main menu in TC and lister window disappear when move the mouse over 'File' item (x64 Only, Windows 10 default theme)

2- Configuration> View modes page> button for choosing color and icon are overlapped (x32 & x64)

3- Configuration> Auto Switch Mode page> rules controls are not arranged properly (x32 & x64)

4- Configuration> Icons page> Icon size dropdown lists are mixed numeric localization (x32 & x64)

I could fix 1-3, but couldn't reproduce 4. If I set numbers to Arabic and always substitute, I get Arabic everywhere on that page. If I set substitute to context or never, I get Western numbers everywhere in that dialog even with Arabic language file.

I confirm 1,2 and 3 has been fixed in TC 9 b8 x32 & x64

To reproduce 4, set Region format to Arabic (Egypt), digits to [٠١٢٣٤٥٦٧٨٩] and substitution to [Context]


But sorry it is not bug because the text is really mixed. Due to [Context] option is enabled, the x character makes digits comes after are [16] not [١٦]

4 I was wrong, it is not bug but normal behavior for text contains Arabic and English characters
