Change attributes cannot recurse subdirs of long paths

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

If I use the "Change attributes" tool and select "Recurse subdirectories", then files are not touched if the path is longer than 259 characters.

Sorry, this function doesn't currently support file names longer than the Windows limit. Currently there are no plans to add this.
