Overlay link icons blink after activating TC window.
How to reproduce:
1. One of TC panels should contain a link to folder with overlay icon. For example: open root C:\ with "Documents and Settings" folder (overlay will be shown at left bottom corner of the folder).
2. Switch to any other window (e.g. click Windows taskbar, this will switch to Explorer process).
3. Switch back to TC window and notice a little blink (glitch) of overlay icon at the folder mentioned above.
Target:
Total Commander 9.0 Beta 8
OS:
Windows 7

Just a guess: it's the refresh icon (the little green arrows) that is shown for a split second while TC re-reads the directory contents.

Not confirmed. Maybe it's because they get reloaded when the directory gets reloaded?
