Solved [TC9b10] Switching system icons turns int. assoc icons off
If I switch "Show default &folder/file icons from Explorer" on OR off, then all file icons set via TC's internal associations becomes blank. After changing directory and going back again all internal associations is now shown with a standard file icon. Finally restarting TC brings the icons set via internal association back as they where.

Confirmed too! I have to reload the image list to reflect the new default icons, so these icons are lost too.
