High CPU Usage in 9.0B1

I am testing 9.0B1 with Windows 10.
It uses up 29-32% of my i7 CPU continuously according to task manager, while I don't give to it any task, it is just open. I don't run any special plug-in or so in the background. I have just installed it and run. I tested both 32 and 64 bit version with the same result. I had to stop TC otherwise my laptop flies away by the cooler. TC 8.52a works with 0-0.1% CPU usage on the same machine.
Has anyone else experienced this?
What should be disabled or turned off in TC 9 not to use up so much CPU time?

Why you test b1? try use newest b13..

I have tried B13 and it doesn't have this issue any more. Thanks for solution.
I installed B1 a week ago as I thought it is the newest.
