TC9b13: Find Files dialog/font size minor issues

There is a number of places where vertical spacing is slightly insufficient if font is set 10 point Segoe UI (64-bit TC in Windows 8.1).
For example:
General tab:
- Search in subdirectories drop down list goes above horizontal divider line;
- bottom of Find text edit field overlaps with checkboxes below.
- Plugins '+' button lower part is clipped
- heading Search results is overlayed with the results listbox

Advanced tab:
- same plugin fields drop down list and '+' button are clipped
