b13 was installed without any problems. Maybe the new certificate has to do with it?
It happened with the 64 bit only installer.

I tried with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, and Firefox, no warnings.
Maybe they found out that it was a false positive in the meantime? Could you try again now?

How did you download it? In addition to the above browsers, I now tried also with Microsoft Edge. There was a long check of the file at the end of the download, but no error.
