Settings panel placement on ''wrong'' monitor

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Settings panel placement on ''wrong'' monitor

This is not a bug but I have noticed that on multiple monitors the settings windows always open in monitor number one even if the main window is on another monitor. Shouldn't they open on the same monitor?
