'Use Windows theme for cursor' should be hidden below XP

'Use Windows theme for cursor' should be hidden below XP

In configuration dialog, "Display -> Color -> Use Windows theme for cursor" option should be hidden when running below Windows XP - exactly as "Layout -> Windows XP theme background (menu + all bars)".
