Req: TCMP: don't autoplay after seek slider move when pause
Currently when playback paused, after changing the position of song progress seek slider, the playback is started. Although I can live with it as a feature, for me more expected and useful behavior would be a player still paused if it has been paused before slider move because it could impove the accuracy of slider positioning for long audio files.

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember that seek in Android MediaPlayer control doesn't work when paused.

Well, when the track is paused, I can move the slider using either drag of the slider or tap on a seek bar.
