Vertical to horizontal rotation: TC4A hides Keyboard for QS

If keyboard for quicksearch is opened in TC4A and device rotates from horizontal orientation to vertical one, TC auto-rotates too (AFAIK it should happen devices with gyroscope) to its vertical mode, and the keyboard is still visible.

However if keyboard is opened in vertical mode and rotation goes from vertical to horizontal orientation, TC4A hides the keyboard. I'd like to suggest to show keyboard in this case too.

Not confirmed, may be an Android 4.3 bug. On Android 4.4 and 6.0, the keyboard always remains visible after rotating, to horizontal and to vertical.
