Announcement: 4 new plugins added to ghisler.com

Today I have added 4 new plugins to our addons page:

Packer:
- ICL: Can browse and modify .ICL icon libraries
File system:
- Events NT: Shows system events on WinNT/2000/XP
- HPLX: Access HP100/200 LX devices via serial port
Lister:
- DBF-View: Plugin to browse DBase/Paradox databases
