[feature proposal] Creation/access date full support, please

Please implement Creation/access date full support.

Make it as in FAR [size=x-small](File&Archive Manager)[/size] which has rich support for creation/lastAccess date/time on FAT/NTFS drives.

Make it possible to sort & find(AltF7) files/folders by creation/access/modify date in order to find file that was copied at specified day (or date range)!!!

It's very handy to change creation/access/modify date/time individually (three fields in "file attributes" dialog) of many files, so that they will be considered by defraggers as old and will be moved to end of disk.
