I have a VM with Windows 10 which has English language for non-Unicode programs, and I've noticed that with Russian TC language some dialogs show Cyrillic incorrectly (as ????).
I've found theese:
* Inplace edit (Shift+F4)
* Create directory (F7)
It is funny that buttons with same labels in other dialogs are shown properly (e.g. Cancel in other dialogs, Tree in Copy dialog).
Screenshot
Most other dialogs show Cyrillic properly: copy/move, configuration, MRT, Sync etc.

Thanks, I can confirm that. Please let me know if you encounter any other dialogs with this problem. It _should_ work in most places...

This should be fixed in Total Commander 9.22 release candidate 1, please test it!

Mentioned dialogs look fine now, thanks! I'll report if I find any other dialogs with question marks.
