Req: wdx: info on programs execution dates and count

I have plans to move the programs I rarely use to external hdd.

Windows doesn't store much info on programs execution, but there's some info would be nice to have in custom columns for EXEs (and LNKs where possible), as well as summary info on exe/lnk in folders from sources:
* used by ExecutedProgramsList too see an info on last programs execution;
* used by UserAssistView to see an info on programs execution count;
* Amcache info on first program execution.

Following columns may be available in a plugin:
Last executed (yes/no)
Last execution date/time
Execution times count
First execution date/time
