Hello

I use frequently cd \\computer_name; but I made a typo and written the name of the computer wrong. I had to wait several seconds for TotCmd to recover from this (and display a Connect window).

Also, I have a computer in domain and the browsing is working really really slow, i don't know the exact trouble. I had counted 25 seconds to retrive the list of shares. In this period, the commander display an Wait cursor and the window does not refreshes.

Couldn't the network action be performed in a separate thread and leave the main thread alone?

This was discussed here before: It's simply not possible, all FindFirstFile functions will hang when a FindFirstFile to a server hangs...
