I guess it's an old glitch(x64+x86) but this one draws attention if you turn on the dark mode.
Situation: Folder Tabs are turned on with DirTabOptions: "Tabs always visible" disabled
Left panel: no Folder Tabs <-> Right panel with at least 2 tabs.
-> The left panel shows a 3D frame around the path field and a bright border at the left, bottom and right-side of the file panel.
-> The right panel (with folder tabs) does not.
I would prefer to see no additional frames in this (or maybe any) case.
Regards
Holger

Good find - I will remove the panel frames also when there are no tabs. The view with tabs is the intended one.

It would be also nice to have no differences in path bar border between tabbed panel and non-tabbed one. Since 9.0 path bar of tabbed panel is flat while path bar of non-tabbed panel is sinked (at least in classic theme).

Do you mean when "Flat user interface" is disabled? I see indeed a sunken drive size field and status line.
