[solved] TC 9.50b3：garbled text on wcx configuration title

System is windows 7 SP1 x64 CHT, use TC9.50b3 32bit, i found when i press configure on some packer plugin
There has garbled text on the configuration window's title, below picture is example of CatalogMaker(4.0) and CHMDir(0.41)

It's normal under TC9.22a

AceHelper shows hieroglyphs in its dialog titles too.

Same goes for SFTP plugin. Seems to be a general problem in the plugin interface of TC.
