wish: tabs list and recycling tabs (as in Opera)
Let's compare Ctrl+Tab listing behavour in TC and in Opera.
1) Ctrl+Tab opens in Opera a vertical list of pages/tabs in the order they were opened, so we can see which tab will be the current after Ctrl+Tab is pressed one time, or twice, or three time etc...
2) When pressing Ctrl+Tab in Opera, the next page/tab gets current. The previous page is now "the next", so when pressing Ctrl+Tab the next time it bringы us back to the previous page (dynamic or cycling algorithm). But in TC we have to use Ctrl+Sрift+Tab to get back to the previous page. I assume, that such behaivour is more logical, however many users of Opera will be thankful for the same cycling algorithm in TC.

Total Commander uses the same Tab navigation as Mozilla or Firefox: Ctrl+Tab activates the next tab, Ctrl+Shift+Tab the previous. This is standard Windows handling of tabs, which you can for example observe also in Explorer's property sheets (if they have multiple pages).

You will be able to assign hotkeys like Ctrl-1, Ctrl-2 etc. yourself in TC 6.50.
