compare while copy/move feature request

When I'm moving/copying files to the directory where are files with same names I get a proposal to overwrite a file with several options (Owerwrite, Append and so on). I would like to have an option to compare these files with a build-in comparator.

I agree. It would really help a lot, especially when dealing with text files (programming sources, config files, plain text docs).

There is indeed space for a "Compare files" button in the confirmation dialog (unless it is already planned for another function).

I would like to have this option "stolen" from ACDSee:
1) to have all lister options in file compare windows, so I would be able to compare graphic files, html files and so on
2) To have additional buttons to skip/rename/overwrite/delete/... in both directions files while comparing
3) To have an option to autogenerate a file name when I want to rename a file and copy/move it to the directory
4) Maybe to have a check box to go to the Compare files window automatically without pressing abutton
