Dark Mode, Background Transfer Manager: absent checkbox for Speed Limit

Here on Vista 32-bit with classic theme, when TC (reproduced in 9.50 RC2) is in dark mode, BTM (Commands->Background Transfer Manager...) doesn't have a checkbox left to Speed Limit label.

I confirm the problem on TC9.50RC2 (dark mode).

I'm currently using the current theme to draw the checkbox. I will check whether I can find a way to draw the checkmark too somehow.

03.02.20 Fixed: Dark mode, classic theme: No checkbox drawn in background transfer manager (32/64)

I can confirm the checkbox for Speed limit in BTM exists and works in TC 9.50 final started or switched to dark mode (including a switch while BTM window is opened), tested on Vista 32-bit with classic theme.
