Not confirmed, I tried with TC 32-bit and 64-bit with 200% scale. Please provide more infirmation.

I have created two screen shots:

As you can see for drive H a brown square can be seen at 125% scaling. (H drive is my external USB HDD drive.)
Operating system: Windows 10 Enterprise 1909 (build 18363.657) 64 bit
