Bug in the thumbnail context menu in 6.50?

Post by *Sokol »

Hi.

I have a problem with thumbnail view in TC 6.50. Just compare two context menus for images. One is a menu shown in the standard Windows Explorer and the another one is shown in the TC.
Explorer:

TC:

You see that Explorer context menu for images contains two additional points: "Rotate clockwise" and "Rotate counter clockwise".

Why TC does not show these menu points? How to add these points?

Thanks.

Are these standard Explorer menu items or were they added by some Shell extension?

Mal angenommen, du drückst Strg+F, wählst die FTP-Verbindung (mit gespeichertem Passwort), klickst aber nicht auf Verbinden, sondern fällst tot um.

These items are standard for WinXP. At lease they are shown when I install a clear WinXP on a computer.

And the registry key for jpegfile HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\jpegfile contains nothing about these menu items.

I can confirm this. It seems these context menu entries are specific to the Explorer thumbnail mode - would be nice to see them in Total Commander as well.
