external diff

Is there any way to use an external diff program in total commander 6.5 ?

Can this option be included in a next version, please?

It's possible by using parameters in the Button Bar or the Start menu.

So why not add the option for an external diff instead, and let people use TC the way they like, not forcing them to use some workarounds.

It's as simple as having a config option and invoking an external program with 2 arguments.

I use synchronize a lot (especially for many small source files) ALT+C Y, and from there diff.
I also start it from the menu: ALT+F Y (a nicer keyboard shortcut would be nice, too

You can define one yourself in Configuration - Options - Misc.
