Search And replace in files

Visual studio.NET has a great feature
to replace text Inside multiple files under a folder.
It would be great if there where a plugin that does the same.
(I'm actually using Visual.Net for that purpose only)...

There have been some tools mentioned in this forum... Try searching for search replace multiple files.
