Bug in search function of Compare by Contents?

I've found that sometimes the search function in CbC (F7-F3) doesn't find some matches that are found using the same search in Lister. The textfiles are special in that they're only LF-terminated instead of CRLF. This means that I always have to switch from the default binary comparison to text first.

The searched text was just a simple word with english characters and no RegEx. Is this a known problem in TC 6.50?

I'm not aware of such a problem, no. Can you send me a small (max 100k zipped) sample file by e-mail, plus the word you were searching for? Thanks!
