lister and tabs

hello,

i'm using lister to view various xml-files. they're often indented with tabs. if there are more tabs on the line (8, depends on screen resolution), i can't see the rest of line AND there is no horizontal scrollbar in lister

Hello, welcome on board !
¤ The default characters per line is set at 80 or so in Lister; from Options >> Configure >> Display width (characters per line) field, you could try to increase that number, up to the last character disappears…
¤ Indeed, isn't very handy, and a "Max. width" check-box should be welcome.
- You can try too to set the minimal viewable font size for "Text"…

BTW: You can also set the tab size in wincmd.ini - [Lister] - TabWidth=x
