Compare contents highlight behavior

Hi,

I found a strange highlight behavior when you compare by contents two files I not sure if this should be like that, please check: https://ibb.co/PFPNb6z

Tested with 9.51RC6 & 8.52a

Compare by content tries to look for added/removed words. It doesn't highlight down to a single character.
