So TC 9.51 now has this feature where the focus causes the window to start scrolling about 3 position before it reaches the edge. This feature probably has a name, but I don't know because it's new to me.
Apart from the fact that it feels really odd to me, there's a bug. When you do a selection by holding Shift and using up/down/pgup/pgdn the focus will get to the window edge. Then, when moving the focus just one position up or down, the scroll position will jump to make the focus stay away far enough from the edge. That's super weird, especially when moving the focus towards the middle, where no scrolling would be expected.
Until this is fixed, this bahviour is so odd, that I would rather have it disabled. Where can I do that?
