Is it possible auto-rename dragged and dropped images from chrome?

Hello!

My problem comes when I will drag images with the same name from the web browser to total commander. I have to do this a lot, and images are almost always named image.jpg or something similar

So is it possible to automatically rename these files without any questions?

I have tried these lines together and separately without successes:
ShowCopyOptions=1
CopyOverwriteDefault=5
CopyShowOptions= 6
