Do it is possible to support ADB Wifi as in Tasker other that root.

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean. You can't use Wifi via ADB.

If you read the link, ADB WiFi is a way to perform tasks with higher privileges than normal even non-root.

That's a very risky thing to do. Other clients on the same mobile network could connect to you device and send commands too.

Root, already supported from TC, is also more risky.
