[10b1a] Compare files, direct line comparison area: not reachable via <Tab>

The "line comparison area" is not reachable via the tab key
Tab order should be "left panel" <tab> "right panel" <tab> "line comparison area" <tab> "left file path"...

Also:
If you currently focus the "line comparison area" using the mouse you can use left and right cursor key to scroll the content, but <home> and <end> to scroll long lines to start or end is not possible.
Maybe an additional shortcut (ctr+left/ctrl+right) to scroll multiple differences into the visible area could also be useful.

Interesting, that area was never be meant to be focused, because there is no visual indication to the user that it has the focus.
Maybe I will make it focusable when it has a horizontal scrollbar.

15.03.21 Added: Compare by content: It's now possible to focus the bottom 2 line compare list with TAB and scroll it with cursor left/right, page up/down, home/end, and the mouse wheel (32/64)
