[TC 10 b5] Missing functionality of OPENATTRIBUTES

The behaviour described in the bug report is either by design, or would be far too complex/time-consuming to be changed

Maybe not exactly a bug but a missing feature:

If I use OPENATTRIBUTES <Plugin_settings> to open the Change Attributes dialog with a saved setting, then that setting is not shown in the dropdown boks - it still shows "F2 Load/save settings" - it would be expected to see the stated setting shown.

Currently this isn't possible - maybe in a later version.
