tcx64 can't show ico in Lister, but tcx32 can

Lister of TCx64 show ico file as binary data. As image - can't.

Confirmed with clean ini file to rule out plugins and IrfanView.

Also. If I use the 4i setting for "Define view method by file type" AND IrfanView is enabled, then TC chooses to use IrfanView in stead of its internal viewer. I know IrfanView is also considered internal in respect to the 4i parameter, but I would expect IrfanView to only be used if the internal viewer does not support the file type.

It's the same in TC 9.51, ico files are not supported by Lister. I think it's a limitation of the Lazarus image control. I will check whether there is a workaround.
