compare by content - select all does not select last line

Compare by content, edit mode: ctrl/a does not select last line if it *does not* end with CRLF (TC 10 beta 7, 32-bit on 64-bit computer (Windows 10)).

(make sure the last line does not end with CRLF (in f3-hex view it ends with 0x30 0x30)).

Do compare by content, click Edit mode, CTRL+A. The last line on the left is not selected. If I click 'Edit Mode' and do CTRL+A again... sometimes it selects the last line and sometimes it doesn't.
