I cannot remember exactly when it started to happen, but it at least has existed from b7 to b8. Across the program, some texts or text boxes are positioned slightly "off" and sometimes overlap with one another. Please see the screenshot here. It's not related to my TC configuration, because I tested this issue with a clean install of TC. I'm using Windows 10 Enterprise x64.
A side note which I'm not sure if it's relevant: My laptop's screen is 15'' 4K, so the system DPI scaling is set to 250%.

What DPI scaling and font settings for dialogs do you use in
Configuration - Options - Font?
Configuration - Options - Font?

Re: [b7-b8] Texts/Boxes Misaligned and Overlap
As I mentioned, I tested this in a clean install of TC (wincmd.ini empty, registry empty), so every setting is TC's default:
Set dots per inch (DPI) to: Unset / Not selected
Automatically adjust dialog boxes to larger fonts: Selected
File list font: Segoe UI, 9
Main window font: Segoe UI, 9
Dialog box font: Microsoft Sans Serif, 8

Re: [b7-b8] Texts/Boxes Misaligned and Overlap
Does it still happen when you uncheck the following option:
"Automatically adjust dialog boxes to larger fonts"
Because this was added to TC 10 beta 7.
"Automatically adjust dialog boxes to larger fonts"

Re: [b7-b8] Texts/Boxes Misaligned and Overlap
Unchecking the referred option solves the problem partially - The overlapping in the first screenshot I provided ("Configure Lister") is resolved, but the issue in my 2nd screenshot ("Configuration" -> "Packer", or actually any sub-page under "Configuration") still exists.
