External directory menu editor

Is there a way to define an external directory menu editor to open when you select "configure" in the directory menu?

I have redirected the DirMenu to a seperated DirMenu.ini
I edit this file with AkelPad using Syntax highlighting for Ini files.

Well, i'm using Ultra TC Editors. I would just like to make the "configure" in the directory menu open that editor by default and not the internal tc editor.

AFAIK there is currently no way.
I just hit a button on the toolbar and my editor opens the DirMenu.ini
Why don't you make a button in the toolbar for the Start Menu Editor.exe.

I already have it on a menu, but most of the time i forget it and end up using the default (quicker access).

It would be nice to have some override settings in tc.ini for things like that.
