Hey there,
this is not really a bug. The command "Remove current dir" is executed without any prompt. If you hit that menu by mistake, you have to add and edit the directory again. Unfavorable....

Re: Directory-List CTRL + D: Directory removal without prompt
I prefer to keep it this way because you can add the directory back just as quickly as you removed it.
If you use the keyboard and want to avoid that the hotkey triggers the removal, you can just add a menu item with the same hotkey as the "Remove current dir" menu item. For example, in English the R is the hotkey. So you can add a directory and put an & sign in front of any R to make it a hotkey, e.g.
c:\users -> users -> use&rs
When you then press R repeatedly in the menu, the cursor will just jump between this menu item and the "Remove current dir" item.

But only as long the deleted item has not had a user-defined title. In this case you have to add the item and edit it.ghisler(Author) wrote: 2021-05-21, 07:22 UTC I prefer to keep it this way because you can add the directory back just as quickly as you removed it.
