maybe, but then it should keep at least the aspect ratio, imho.

i would expect that the highest (or appropriate) WxH format from the *.ico file is displayed.
if that is too small on a higher resolution screen you can/should just add a higher WxH format to the *.ico.

Yes, should be proportional, so square in most cases.
BTW, this bug occurs on system associations dialog too, not only internal.

You are right, it is stretched in a not proportional way when using a very wide font like "Courier New". I will make it proportional.

The internal and system associations dialog use the same dialog box internally.
