I use the 7z format a lot. One of the things that I enjoyed on TC4A was the 7-zip support that it had on the beta test version. Now it seems to be gone. I can no longer compress using 7z.
Can you please return with this feature? It worked perfectly every time I tried.
Chris, I know that if there were bugs, you'd probably fix them instead of removing the feature. Can you share the reasons for removing it?

Install the Total7zip plugin and you can compress 7z and much more.

The problem is: 7zip isn't just an archive format, it's a container supporting lots of different compression methods, and each method has many options like compression level, dictionary size, max block size etc. It's not something I can add in an afternoon or so. Also some of these are terribly slow on ARM processors (we don't have Apple silicon for Android).
