Feature request: add a custom keyboard shortcut to a toolbar item, so it can be accessed more quickly.
I imagine it'll be one of those keyboard shortcut input fields, in between the fields for command, parameters, start path, etc. when editing a toolbar item. It should of course display a warning when a keyboard shortcut is already in use for something else.

Re: Keyboard shortcuts for toolbar items
You can write a user command (em_*) and assign a hotkey to it. Then create a toolbar button with the same command. The hotkey assigned can be indicated in the tooltip. As I see, the result is exactly as you have requested
