The link itself works fine. Your browser probably forbids/prevents http access (idiot browser developers ). Change http:// to https:// and it should work.

Perhaps it's time to change all (download) links to HTTPS.

It works if I copy/paste link address but not when I click the link.

With this version I can also download the file "tc2usb.zip" after clicking on the link.
Just checked.

(Google Chrome: Settings - Security - Standard protection)

Right click on the link -> click on "Save link as..." -> Save as: File name: tc2usb.zip ... is also possible.

I have changed the download links on the tools and languages pages to https where possible. I also removed links to UC2 and ACE packers, they were dead.

The plugins pages will need more work because they read the data from a database.
