2 button bars: enhanced advice

User-defined bar , I use it for many Internal Commands , like :

new file,
copy to clipboard,
paste from clipboard,
properties,
search,
pack,
system information,
…

The default bar, the main bar, I expect to use it for adding many more other buttons for Launch Apps.But it does not support add buttons when 2 button bars option is on.

Once user-defined bar is used, the default main bar, can't add buttons.

Expecting two bars all support adding button at the same time.

There is just one user-defined bar. You can only choose whether to show it behind the default bar, or as a separate bar.
