TC media player: IOException

MP3 is invoked by other app, but launched and played by TC media player.

When TC media player playing, offen raise exception:

IOException
setDataSource failed.: status=0x80000000

Could you please give me more information?
1. Which other app?
2. Does it send content URL?
3. Which Android version?

According to the following page, I may need to set the file length explicitly when playinf content files on some Android versions:
