Way to lock Tabs to folders without going up, only to other sub folders.

Hello,
Basically on SpeedCommander you can create a tab, lock it to folder, and then you cant go UP outside the folder BUT you can go down into all subfolders, and when you exit the program and re-launch, it resets back to the folder you locked.
Im looking for something similar on TC [maybe a plugin?] for easy transition.

So far on TC i found a way to lock folder but it opens a new tab when you click on anything.
Or semi lock, that just keep the name but lets you change everything and doesn't return to it when you exit

Nope because it doesn't prevent from going from up in parents folders, as the OP asks.

It does most of what the poster wants !
You can go up but clicking on the tab goes back into the locked root.
Thats better for me as in FC, there it starts new tabs if you go up.
Also on TC restart the tab is restored to the locked state.
