cloud copy WORKS

Hi
I have pcloud.
I made a batfile, that copy files (as backuo) to pcloud (p:drive )
But some files will not copy (using xcopy/robocopy) , even when running bat as administrator.
But total commander works.
How can i see why total commander can copy and why bat can not?
I can use total commander ofc, but i prefer to use running a bat fil

May the filename including path is longer than 255 character?
TC can handle this, while other apps don't.

i ran icacls, (reset file permissions) that helped
