after restarting my phone the TotalComander Widgets are grey

Hi,

sometimes after restarting my Samsung Galaxy S8 (Android 9) the TotalComander Widgets are grey and can not be used. Not the normal Icon, only the Widget to open it at a specific path. The only other Widgets I have this problem with are Phonenumbers (by the App: Kontakte (Contact in german)).
Any Idea?

To my knowledge, the Samsung launcher verifies whether it can access link targets when it starts. But I have no idea why it can't access these specific links.
