SFTP plugin: no capability to stream media files

SFTP is just easier to deploy on Linux, as long as sshd service is running on the server.

The only big showstopper is there is TC Android has no capability to stream media files from SFTP server directly without the need to download them beforehand (live streaming).

SFTP plugin needs more love here, to bring it on par with LAN/Samba plugin. LAN plugin has Play (Foreground) context menu on media files, which is unavailable with SFTP plugin.

For now, I resort to use CX File Explorer for SFTP live streaming, which works minus host verification & inability to disable network expensive thumbnail cache creation.

Looking forward for this feature to be added so I can stream media files from SFTP server directly.

Thanks for your suggestion. I did try to add streaming to all plugins, but the problem with SFTP was that the used library doesn't support multiple parallel transfers from the same server. Therefore streaming while browsing the server in the foreground would cause problems.
