TC10.50b1 Download page - cannot download 10.50b1 from mirror site

The download page for Total Commander 10.50 Beta says you can download Total Commander 10.50 beta 1 from Mirror: Techspot.com

However on the Techspot.com site it says you can download TC 10.00 RC2 and it actually downloads TC 10.00 RC1 for the 32bit and 64bit versions and TC 10.00 RC2 for the combined version.
